Terms and Conditions:
- Discount: Only those with Sophie Paris membership will be able to enjoy the benefits of 30% discount of catalog price.
- ​Online Ordering: Member can place order online by filling up the form completely according to the format given. Member must check the item properly before making any decision/place order online.
- Payment: Member must make payment in full before order can be processed. No payment, No items! If member chooses to cancel the unavailable item ordered, we will return the payment in full for the item that is not available. Member must give information on how to return the payment. We receive payment in Philippines Peso. Payment can be made through bank cash deposit/transfer to our Bank of Philippines Island (BPI) account. Payment method detail will be given through email when we receive your order. You must inform us (by giving reference number if payment made by online transfer) when payment has been made or we will not process your order. We will give you confirmation when we receive your payment.
- Unavailable items: When item is not available, member has the option of canceling the unavailable item ordered or order a different item with equivalent amount or more, but not less. If the new item ordered is more expensive, then member must immediately pay the difference so that the order can be processed. If member choose to cancel the order, you must provide us with way of returning your payment.​
- Responsibility: Members is responsible for his/her own sale and/or transactions made using this website. We are not responsible for any wrong decisions/wrong items ordered made by member. It is your responsibility to read the description of item properly and to check that the item you order is fit. No change size is allowed. If you are not sure about your size, you can visit the nearest Sophie Paris Offices and Business Centers and buy directly from there.
- No-return policy: All sales are final unless there is a manufacturing defect. Defective item must be returned within 15 days of the issued date on the receipt. Official receipt must be attached and sent together with the defective item. We can't accept returned item for change size.
- Delivery: There will be a delivery fee if you choose to get your item/s delivered to your delivery address. You must pay it in full. We will inform you how much the delivery fee will be. We will use reliable delivery company to make sure you will receive your item/s. We will send you the tracking number.​
- Disclaimer: The use of this website is at your own risk. We will not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of your involvement in whatever manner with any of our members or external provider. We are not liable to any defect items sold in this website.
